Fees Structure and Payment of School Fees

Payment of the fees will be made in the form of Demand Draft only in favour of ‘Principal, KRCRSSG Kittur’, drawn on State Bank
of India / Canara Bank payable at Kittur. (Kittur Branch IFSC Codes: Canara-CNRB0010514, SBI-SBIN0013140.) Fees can also
be paid online through ‘SBI Collect’. . The Fee structure for the Academic Year 2024-2025 for new admissions would be as under :-

*** Fees for the existing students i.e. those admitted during the previous academic years is approx Rs. 1,48,500/- this academic year i.e. 2023-24 due to subtraction of various one time payments at the time of admission.

Note :

  • For those candidates who are awarded Government of Karnataka Scholarships, this amount, as applicable, will be directly deposited into the student’s bank account by the Govt.
  • Students who are awarded above Govt of Karnataka scholarships shall study in the Institution till the completion of Class XII (Science Stream); and with subjects as available in the School. If for any reason, not beyond the control of either the student or the parent, the student fails to continue her studies in the School till the completion of the Class XII; the parent shall forthwith refund the entire value of the Govt. Merit Scholarship received by the student for the period she was in this School in the form of an Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of Principal, KRCRSSG, Kittur, and the student will be removed from the rolls of the School. If the amount becoming so due is not paid, the Transfer Certificate will not be issued to the student, till such time it is paid.
  • If any parent wishes to withdraw his/her ward after admission in the middle of the academic year, the fees and other charges will be charged for entire academic year, and if already paid before withdrawing, these will not be refunded.
  • Fees once paid / remitted will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Fee structure is likely to be revised from time to time. There will be an increase of minimum 10% every year on the fees and other charges due to inflation and increased cost of living.
